To apply for a transfer or refund of your IELTS test booking with RMIT English Worldwide (AU056), please complete the below Request for Refund or Test Date Transfer From.

Please ensure to read the terms and conditions below:
Terms and Conditions
  • Transfers and Cancellations made more than 5 days before the test will not incur a fee.
  • Cancellations made less than 5 days before the test date will incur an administrative fee of 25% of the full test fee.
  • Transfers are not permitted between test takers or test centres.
  • Full fee is payable for non-attendance.
  • Test takers who miss their test will only receive a 75% refund or test date transfer if they can demonstrate that their ability to sit the test has been affected by serious illness or a serious cause. Test takers must complete this form and provide appropriate documentation and/or evidence no later than 5 business days after the test date. Acceptable documentation may include a medical certificate from a qualified medical practitioner or a police report.
