receive a full refund
Cancel 7 to

you’ll
receive a 50% refund
Cancel less than 7 days before and unfortunately, no refund applies

serious illness

. Acceptable documentation may include a medical certificate from a qualified medical practitioner or a police report.
Cancellation after a successful change of test date, module, or format will always incur 100% of the test fee

For other reasons, please attach relevant documentation/evidence (ie: police report).
Any documentation provided will help RMIT English Worldwide assess your case for exceptional circumstances.

to find an available new test date, the calendar below does not represent available test dates. If your preferred test date is more than three months after the original test date then the transfer will be treated as a cancellation.
