Application for Review of a Final Course Grade

Important Information

This form is for English Language program students at RMIT University Pathways (RMIT UP) who wish to request a review of a final course grade.

You may request a review of your final course grade, in certain circumstances. You are not permitted to request a formal review for assessment results if there are student conduct concerns regarding the assessment.

An Academic Coordinator will respond to your request for review within 2 working days via your RMIT student email account.

Please ensure that you have submitted all of the requested information to avoid any delays in responding to your request.

Review of a Final Course Grade

Information

All final assessments that result in a failure for a final course grade are marked by one or more additional assessors. These results are therefore considered to have already been through an initial process of review.

You may seek feedback from your class teacher about your final course grade during the scheduled class time on the last day of the course in week 10.

Formal Review

You must submit any request for a formal review of a final course grade by the first working day of the week following the release of final grades. Usually this would be a Monday. This is to allow time for a review and for any grade adjustments to be made promptly so that you can continue your studies at the correct class level.

You may seek feedback of a final course grade for any of the following reasons.
