Guest Ticket Request
Please indicate how many guests (does not include yourself) will be attending the ceremony. Four guest tickets will be guaranteed, additional guests tickets will be subject to availability and can only be confirmed in early December.

Academic Dress
This form is for alumni only. Alumni won’t be given a graduation certificate at the ceremony, as they’ve already graduated and had the opportunity to order their certificate via post, hence a reduced fee of $195.
If you’ve not yet graduated, please confirm your attendance via Enrolment Online in order to receive your hard copy graduation certificate. Current students who complete this form and make payment will be invoiced the remaining $55.
Ceremony fee payment: A payment of $195 is applicable for alumni who choose to attend the graduation ceremony. Your registration is NOT complete until the ceremony fee has been paid. If payment is not received by the Friday 23 Oct 2026, your seat at the ceremony will not be allocated.
