Replacement Testamurs are only produced when the original has been misplaced/damaged/stolen.
RMIT students and alumni are entitled to possess one hard copy for each conferred award.

Please note - Replacement hard copy testamurs are produced in the most current format, this may not resemble the Certificate you were originally issued at the time of conferral.

Replacement testamurs will not be produced and delivered to Third Party companies for verification, verified photocopies of the original or your myeQuals digital Testamur should be used for this process. You will receive a full refund and your request will not be processed if the delivery is addressed to a third party verification company.

Damaged Testamur
As per RMIT regulations, you are entitled to possess only one hard copy testamur for each conferred award.
We will send out your replacement testamur (if eligible) only if the damaged original is returned to RMIT. Please fold your damaged testamur, place it in a flat plastic pocket/bag (especially if water/mould damaged) and post to:

Once a tracking number is received for the delivery or when the delivery is received in our office, we will post your new testamur to you. Replacement Testamur Fee
The replacement testamur fee is $170. payment must be made by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) only.

Please note - Replacement hard coyp testamurs are produced in the most current format, this may not resemble the certificate you were originally issued at the time of conferral. We cannot produce tesatmurs in any previous format.

A replacement testamur will be issued with the same name as the original to preserve the historical accuracy and integrity of the University’s records. Exceptions may be granted in extenuating circumstances but are subject to approval from the Academic Registrar.

Replacement testamurs will not be produced and delivered to Third Party companies for verification, verified photocopies of the original or your myeQuals digital Testamur should be used for this process.

You will receive a full refund if:

- Your request is cancelled prior to the Testamur being posted out

- You enter an address for a third party verification company

- Your conferral details cannot be found

- You are not eligible to receive a replacement
