Important Information
Use this form to appeal a decision regarding an English for Academic Purposes (EAP) request for refund.
Before lodging an appeal, refer to the applicable refund instructions:

How to lodge an appeal
Lodge a written appeal (this form) within 20 working days of the notice of RMIT University Pathways (RMIT UP)'s decision.
Your written appeal must address the grounds for which your application was initially denied.
Attach and submit new supporting documentation as evidence. This must be evidence which has not been previously provided.
