Use this form to request an Enquiry of Resuls (remark) from your IELTS on paper test taken at RMIT UP (AU056). These must be submitted no later than 6 weeks after the test date.

If you want to apply for an EOR for an IELTS on computer test, you must do so through your IELTS account.

Payment of $215 must be made in full before remarking will commence. If any component is remarked higher than the original score, you will receive: (1) A full refund (2) A reprinted Test Report Form (TRF).

Your request will be processed within 3 business days. Once processed, remarking can take up to 21 days to be completed. Our customer service team will notify you via email once the remark is complete.

A TRF will only be issued if your results change
You will be notified via email when your TRF is ready to be collected, please wait for this notification before coming to the Test Centre.

Collection is only available from 9:00am - 4:00pm on Mondays to Friday

You must show your original passport when collecting your TRF. Photos will not be accepted. If you do not bring your passport with you, we cannot provide you with your TRF.

If you require someone else to collect your test report form for you, you must contact our staff at rmit.up.language.testing@rmit.edu.au to arrange this ahead of time.

Results:

The release of your results ranges from 1 hour, up to 21 days depending on several factors, including the number of components requested to be remarked. During this time, updates on the status of your application cannot be provided until your remark has been completed.
