We are sorry if your IELTS experience was not what you were expecting. Please take the time to provide your feedback or complaint. RMIT English Worldwide takes all feedback on complaints seriously and endeavor to improve our service. 
Complaint
We recommend that you submit a complaint before your results are released because this will give you more options for a successful resolution. If you wait until after your results have been released, your options might be limited. More information is available in the IELTS Complaints Policy.
