There is a $35 (AUD) fee per award verification request. You will be emailed payment instructions after you submit.

For awards obtained from 2005 onwards: you can share your RMIT authenticated digital version of your transcript, VE Qualification and/or testamur via My eQuals. If you don't have access to My eQuals, you can purchase your digital documents online via Student Forms.

For awards obtained pre-2005: Please complete the award verification form and pay the $35 fee. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

You must supply a consent form, signed by the candidate, so that we can release additional information (e.g. attendance dates, verification for incomplete student). Please note that typed electronic signatures are not accepted.
