Appeal Form- Commencing International Student Refund

This form is for commencing international students who received a partial or no refund outcome from the RMIT Refund team for Commencing International Students (isrefunds@rmit.edu.edu) and wish to appeal the decision.

How to lodge this refund appeal
  1. You must first receive your refund notification outcome from the RMIT Refund team for Commencing International Students.  
  2. Submit this refund appeal within 20 working days of receiving your refund notification outcome. 
  3. Your written appeal must address the grounds, for which your application was initially denied.
  4. Attach your refund notification outcome and a new supporting documentation as evidence. This must be evidence which has not been previously provided.
