Student Cards

As you are requesting to replace an expired student card, RMIT will use your existing student card image to print an updated student card. 

Please check via Enrolment Online if unsure (starts with 3,4 or 9)

  • Your student card will be mailed out to your mailing address registered in Enrolment Online. If you need to update your mailing address, please update it before you submit the request. 
  • I must pay any outstanding debt to RMIT before I can apply for a new Student Card.
  • If you are not enrolled in Semester 1 2024, your replacement student card will not be issued.  
  • If your classes commence within 10 business days, or your need a student card urgently, you can have your card printed in-person on City, Brunswick or Bundoora campus at the locations.  If your card has been posted to your address, a $15 fee will be charged to cover the cost of re-printing card on campus.

Whilst OUA does not provide student cards, RMIT will provide one for students completing full degrees. This can be done by going to this website
