Lost/Stolen/Damaged - to order a replacement card, completed and submit the Replacement Student Card Order Form. My first student card - follow the instructions below to order your card. Open University Australia (OUA) - follow the instructions below to order your card.

Declaration

Your student card will be mailed out to your mailing address registered in Enrolment Online. If you need to update your mailing address, please update it before you submit the request.
I must pay any outstanding debt to RMIT before I can apply for a new Student Card.
If you are not enrolled in Semester 2 2024 or semester 1 2025, your replacement student card will not be issued.
If your classes commence within 10 business days, or your need a student card urgently, you can have your card printed in-person on City, Brunswick or Bundoora campus at the locations. If your card has been posted to your address, a $15 fee will be charged to cover the cost of re-printing card on campus.
